Yoga Immersion 2019/2020

November 11, 2019

I’m very much looking forward to delivering the first session of the  100 hour Yoga immersion that begins this weekend in the Old Cookhouse community space Donaghcloney.
An immersion is a fantastic way to allow Yoga, it’s practice and theory, to sink into oneself. Its a step beyond classes and workshops, yet it also allows you to weave it into your regular life. In my own experience  similar periods of immersive study with teachers, allowed a direct transmission and experience of Yoga, and exploration of its theories and philosophy,  that has stayed with me ever since and has been instrumental in shaping both my personal practice and teaching.
I’m very grateful to the Pod project and the Old Cookhouse community space for hosting this, and for such a receptive and vibrant group of people who are participating in it.
